„We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. „War sehr überrascht zu diesem Preis ein so gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Lincoln zu finden. Für englische Verhältnisse sehr großes Zimmer. Absolut sauber. Top Ausstattung mit TV, großzügiger Sanitärbereich, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten u. paar Süssigkeiten gratis. Im Erdgeschoß Kühlschrank mit gratis Wasserflaschen. Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Immer ansprechbar. Eigener Hausschlüssel für Eingangstür. Für meine Bedürfnisse das perfekte Hotel.“

„Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“
