„If you are staying more than 2 days get a rental car. The hotel is very good at what it does, which is provide a relaxing atmosphere with an accessible onsen. The restaurants there are not really restaurants. Breakfast is a buffet of plentiful food, mostly Japanese but I believe a pure westerner could survive. There is no lunch service. Besides check-in & check-out by person, it provides other at least 5 check-in & check-out machines, which are really easy to use and support foreign languages. - Room (standard room for 1 person) is clean. Though at the night it was a little cold, you can turn on the air condition. - breakfast is included. - shuttle bus is convenient.“

„Very conveniently located close to the airport with a free shuttle bus. Many airline crews also stay in this hotel. The rooms are big with nice views and offer everything a good hotel needs. When we were here the roof top restaurants and the bar was closed, but there is also a little grocery store with beverages of all kinds next to the lobby. The buffet restaurant also provides good food. The pool and the gym are good as well.“

„Es ist wie es ist. Eine Kapsel… Für eine Nacht reicht es und alle halten sich an die Regeln. Leider sind die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Aber, wenn man nur ein Bett sucht und was Neues testen will, ist das wirklich zu Empfehlen“

„Das Hotel ist über alles gesehen gut. Schadebwaren bei unserem Aufenthalt das japanische und chinesische Restaurant geschlossen. So hatte man leider nur die Möglichkeit ein Restaurant zu benutzen, dass Buffet, "Western style" á la carte, Bar und Frühstücksort in einem war. Ansonsten würde dem Hotel ein neuer Anstrich sicher gut tun. Für ein Flughafenhotel mit diesem Namen ist die Anbindung mit einem Sammelbus für 2 Hotels gleichzeitig jede Stunde eher dürftig.“
