We are Matt and Val, and we purchased this home with a vision to create a warm, inviting space for individuals, couples and families to escape to and enjoy the Sarasota area, one of our favorite places in the world to vacation. Backyard has a large private pool as well as grass to play or enjoy the Florida weather.

Enjoy walking to nearby local restaurants, or hop in the car for a short drive to world famous Siesta Key beach. Lots of dining, shopping and entertainment within a 15-minute drive. Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and the living space has a pull-out bed, to sleep a total of 6. High-speed WIFI internet plus a desk in the living room area makes working remotely a breeze. The large kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.
