Amazing host easy to get in contact with. I would recommend this property and would look to rent it again. Close to everything and he gave us great recommendations. Lovely pool, close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

We loved this house. Everything was immaculate and had more than we expected. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but still close to shopping and anything you may need. The host is very responsive and easy to deal with. 10/10 for the entire experience.

Most definitely a 5 star home. Very clean and well stocked. Everything was as described in the listing. Close to beaches and shopping. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great House/Great Host!

We had a great time at this VRBO and Chris was an amazing host. The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the pool was a nice extra touch to the experience. We had a very relaxing vacation and the house contributed to this as an overall great experience.

Lovely home! Great location!

My family and I stayed at this home for a week and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was! The house is perfect! It has everything you need and is located in a great area, close to everything. The pool was amazing and very clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Sarasota.

Excellent Location

My family and I had a wonderful time in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area. This home was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do from going to the beach, fishing, shopping and dinning out. The house was nice and clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The guesthouse was too cute! The outdoor living area was perfect for the additional space it provided and the kids couldn’t get enough of swimming in the pool. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Exceeded expectations! Exactly as pictured. Sooo clean! We had both the house and the surf shack. Perfect location and home for anyone with a student competing at Youth Rowing Nationals. 15-20min drive from the venue. Relaxing. QUIET. Easy house to be in and enjoy. Ample kitchen amenities, great pool, super comfy beds and sheets, plenty of linens and paper products for a six day stay. All complemented by superbly welcoming and responsive host from the first inquiry. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay & Perfect for our Group

The home is adorable and since we didn’t arrive until late in the evening, we appreciated that it was well lit. Very clean and cute! We would definitely stay there again. The screened in porch is just the best! The owners were very attentive and cared that we had an excellent stay. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our time staying at the Blue Conch! Great location with a Publix right down the street, plenty of restaurants close by, and short drives to numerous beaches. Perfect vacation home

We adored everything about this home. The location was fantastic! Walmart & Publix were just a few minutes away, along with many other stores. So many beaches to pick from, depending on how far you want to drive that day. All five of my children are already asking to book this home again. We even took a couple days to just hang around the house & enjoy the pool.

Great house in a good neighborhood

Wonderful house. Has a screened in lanai which comes in really handy for kids, or to just get away from everyone else lol. Around the corner from that is a perfect screened pool. The house is very close to a grocery store. Very well maintained. Owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed staying here. It was conveniently located to the things we did. It was just a short drive to siesta key. It had plenty of room for a family of four. Our grown kids loved having their own rooms and we put the kitchen and grill to good use. We also appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that we used most days. The pool was nice but too cool to swim in during Dec/Jan. We would stay there again.

This place is PERFECT!

We were allowed to check in early and check out late, which is pretty rare. The location of this house is near the beach and every store you could possibly need. The beds and the bedding were excellent. House was cleaned impeccably, and I am picky. The pool is much prettier in person than the pictures depict and there were plenty of toys to play with. Big TV’s in every room. The screen porch is amazing. If you are visiting Sarasota and need a place to stay, this is it. The owners were extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Chris was an amazing host!! He was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions! His place was clean and neat! My husband and I absolutely loved staying at his place! My furbabies were also very comfortable! I can't say enough great things about our stay at Chriss home! Quiet neighbors, very spacious home, big lanai, beautiful pool, big master bedroom. We absolutely loved staying there and will definitely book again! Super convenient to shopping and Siesta Beach!! Thank you so much Chris!!!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Haben auch eine Willkommenskarte und eine Flasche Wein bekommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der Vermieter Chris war sehr freundlich und bemüht dass alles passt. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war die Wassertemperatur im Pool, die war uns ein bisschen zu kalt. Würden dieses Haus aber auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Haus mit viel Platz 15 Minuten von Siesta Key Beach

Besonders hervorzu heben ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung des Besitzers. Sehr schnelle Antworten, gute Tipps und sofortige Hilfe wenn etwas nicht der Norm entspricht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz mit drei großen Schlafzimmern (Schätze jeweils ca. 16-18 Quadratmeter groß). Alles sehr schön und relativ neu dekoriert. Schöner Pool mit Insektenschutz. Unser Lieblingsstrand war Coquina Beach ca. 40 Minuten)

Awesome rental!

My husband, our grown son, his significant other and an 11 year old had a wonderful Christmas in this home! The weather was cold for Florida so we did not venture out much but shopping was really close so we cooked all our meals and just made memories! The pool is not heated so I was not expecting to be able to use it anyway. We had our fur babies with us and they enjoyed the fully fenced yard as much as the rest of their human family. The lanai was great too with a tv so on the warm days we took advantage. We are from Illinois and we missed a blizzard with temperatures -40 degrees so we were very happy to be in this cute little beach house for Christmas 2022!
