Blue Lagoon is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom duplex on Anna Maria Island’s North Shore, accommodating up to eight guests with additional sleeper sofas and located just blocks from Pine Avenue’s popular shopping and dining. Each unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, private patio with gas BBQ, and access to a large shared heated pool, with added conveniences including an EV charger, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and beach gear.

Upon entry in both units, you will find the open living area complete with a queen pull-out sofa bed and flat screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the sun. Off the living room, you will find the fully-stocked kitchen complete with granite counter tops and everything you will need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. Both bedrooms are located off the living room. One room on each side features a king-size bed with flat screen TV and the other features queen-size bed on the north and south sides, both complete with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. But that’s not all, off the kitchen, you can step out back to your patio area complete with gas BBQ and dining area. Directly off the patio is the pool area and you will not be disappointed. The heated pool is large and the outdoor living space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the sun. There are separate, gated entries to the pool for both sides of the duplex. Even though the pool is shared, there are separate areas for each side to enjoy dining alfresco or just relax in the outdoor area. This home also comes with a washer and dryer in the unit along with WiFi throughout and beach cart with beach chairs/umbrella for use during your stay.



** When you rent both sides there is an adjoining door between the units that can be opened to allow guests to enter each side from inside the units. **  This door remains locked if rented separately.

AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.



You are vacationing in a residential area.  Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.  Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
