„Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! “

The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, close enough to beach. The host is wonderfully responsive and welcoming, making the whole stay seamless and stress-free. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return.“

„Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. „We went to Ana Maria Island for a quick beach getaway before school started. August in Florida is extremely hot and the ocean water is very warm. The cottage and all of its amenities offered a reprieve from the Florida Sun. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off and enjoy outside in the summer heat. The cottage itself had every amenity that you would possibly need during your stay. The location was perfect with beach access very close by, making it easy to get to the beach for the ...

"The room was clean, and the value for money was completely acceptable. The pool was even open until 10 p.m., and free water and ice cubes were available 24/7. The only issue was that we were accidentally assigned the wrong room during check-in, which was already occupied, but this was quickly resolved."

"Im Hotel waren Umbauarbeiten, die uns nicht bekannt gegeben wurden. Restaurant und Bar waren geschlossen. Frühstück gab es an 4 Tischen im Flur. Sehr ungemütlich und sehr kleine Auswahl. Die Poolanlage war super, genügend Handtücher und sehr gute Liegen. "
