„My brother, myself, and 3 long-time friends have been fishing the Ausable for 40 years, usually in tents. About 4 years ago we decided no more camping. We found the Cayuga cabin and have booked it ever since. Rick and Sue are great hosts. We love the fire pit, and covered deck.“

„My husband and I had the perfect weekend getaway at Kelly's beautiful lil cabin! It was clean and furnished with all the amenities we needed. The compost toilet was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and with beautiful decor and inspiring quotes. The location was perfect to get to hikes and sites we wanted to see and in the evening we came back to have a nice fire with warm showers in the morning :) Kelly was great with communication and we are eager to return again! Thank you so much“

„This VRBO was amazing. House was so clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful snowed in week with friends. We loved the hot tub and pool table. We would go back in a heartbeat. „We had a great time at KK and Srini's place. We were looking for a place in the line of totality to view the eclipse and this place did not dissapoint! It was perfect for what we needed and the game room kept the kids busy for quite a while. The hosts were very responsive when one of the kitchen cabinet doors came off with the hinge, and sent the caretaker the next day to fix it. „The cabin was located conveniently to the airport and close enough to town to grab groceries, shop, etc., but felt secluded at the same time. We loved the panoramic mountain views. There was a slight miscommunication about the check-in process, but I believe that was on Vrbo's end as the host quickly mitigated the confusion. Next time I vacation in Saranac Lake with a larger group I will be staying here for sure!“

„Our stay to view the totality of the eclipse on 4/8/24 was outstanding. The clouds cooperated and the view from the deck was perfect to watch the moon's slow march across the face of the sun - and then to be plunged into darkness surrounded by the trees and mountains was otherworldly. The house was neat, clean, and had everything we wanted or needed. Marty and Melissa were the perfect hosts with super easy and fast communication. We would love to stay again even without an eclipse!“

„Need to let people know that the back "bedroom/office" has no insulation or heat. Thank goodness we did not have to use the room. Need a new shower handle in the master bathroom - very difficult to turn on/off. Beds were very comfortable. Overall was a nice place.“

The house is cozy and the views of Saranac Lake from the living room windows provide endless entertainment, for even the littlest guest (our 10 month old).
