„Bobby was in communication with us into the afternoon of arrival day before Walter met us in person when we arrived, showed us around and suggested different local places to eat. He was available all weekend should we needed anything. Everything was in perfect working order and as advertised.“

„We loved our stay at this house. The location was perfect - lakefront with shallow water at the dock, and a very quick walk to the community beach. Our kids had a great time swimming and playing in the sand. For part of our week-long stay, we had the maximum number of guests (12), and the house was cozy while allowing space for everyone and included amenities for all. There are two large dining tables, great bedroom layouts (at the max, we had 7 kids staying, and they loved the bunk beds and ...

„Very nice location on lake Kiwassa. It was not far from the town of Saranac Lake but very secluded. Plenty to do out doors. Also the property had a dock and kayaks as well as a fire pit area.Alan was very helpful and came to the house to answer questions. He was also available to my friends. He was great.The house was pristine as was the location. Will go back in a heart beat.“
