Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
All guests must follow Torre Carlitin VIII condominium policies and Airbnb terms of service.
A valid working phone number is required.
There is a US$50 charge for lost keys, remotes, or keycards.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
Visitors: No visitors allowed. All guests must be declared in the reservation. There is a $10 fee per night after the second guest.
Undeclared Guests: There is a US$20 fee per undeclared guest per night.
Local Residents: Must contact the host before booking.
No Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly prohibited.
No Hookah: Bringing and consuming hookah on the property is forbidden and will result in expulsion.
Loudspeakers: Prohibited inside the apartment and common social areas.
Smoking Fee: US$250 for smoking inside the property.
Extra Cleaning Fee: Applied if the apartment is left extremely dirty, including dirty pots and pans, excessive trash, or stains on floors or walls.
Late Check-Out Fee: US$50 for check-out 30 minutes late; after 2 hours, a full day`s fee is charged as a penalty, not for possession of the additional day.
Complaint Access: By addressing complaints to us or Airbnb, you authorize us to enter the property to resolve issues without needing further permission.
