The villa is in an excellent position and from the swimming pool you can enjoy a beautiful view. The interior spaces are functional and well organized, with air conditioning practically everywhere. Good welcome and professionalism, availability and kindness. Very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Incanto di Gallura. It is well located in a quiet street with lovely views over to the bay. The overall location near Santa Teresa and Capo Testa is excellent, as both are lovely destinations. The villa has five good size bedrooms and en suites, which work very well, beds are comfortable and there is lots of storage space and good air con. It is adequately furnished and is clean and in good condition. There is a good and spacious American style fridge. The pool is great - very large and beautiful, great for a family.

This Villa does not match how it is being advertised. There were only 5 sun beds that half worked with the face screen on all of them broken. Plus there were 3 umbrellas which were not fit for purpose with half the canvas on one half torn making it unusable. The WiFi never worked. The so called BBQ is an ancient hot plate that isn’t practical. It certainly does not support a BBQ experience.All of the photos of the property are misleading. It is in dire need of a face lift. The seating arrangements are not fit for purpose if you have more than five people. All can have seats, but on at the same table. On top of all of that, the owner charges 30% premium on standard electricity prices at the end of your stay.I am an experienced renter and this has been the worse value for money I have ever experienced.

A great location, a good support for different issue - but too many problems with the house!

The location is amazing, on a hill enough to allow a Wonderfull view ( fantastic sun sets ), but also just 10min to the sea shore. the village is quiet, was not crowded, and in the surroundings ( by car, but close), opportunities for eating out, shopping, site seeing, other ( the host from the Agency also of great help with info and support). House has a Wonderfull pool in a nice garden, and 5 correct double rooms with 5 bathrooms ensuite. The expected level of finishing and care for detail for a house at this level was below expectations air-co in one room did not work, and in spite of several tries to repair, not successful, no umbrellas at the pool or terrace ( eventually we received 1 - not really enough), many lights not working ( eventually some were repaired), lights in the garden ( those the were working), where on and off at very strange hours, pool shower damaged , window shades not in good shape, gardener coming ad-hoc and working in the garden bits and pieces - including Sunday evening... so a petty for such a place not to be taken care off. We enjoyed the location, the landscape, the walks, swims, rock climbing and all different beaches in the surroundings, but would not return to this house in these conditions.

Great service!!

What a great service!! From booking throigh scheduling details of our stay, and finally meeting our lovely host Rina - we couldn't ask for a better service. And, of course, the villa was just what we needed. It was prepared for all our stay, fit with all necessary amenities to welcome group of 10. And believe me, it's not that easy. The views from the villa and massive pool were the cherry on the top. I can highly recommend!

Ein tolles Haus in der Nähe des Meeres

Wir haben in der Villa einen fantastischen Urlaub mit unserer Familie verbracht. Das Haus liegt ideal in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem gepflegten Innenhof mit Blick auf das Meer und den Strand, nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Villa selbst ist komfortabel und geräumig. Es hat alles, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts brauchen können! Die Restaurants, Geschäfte und anderen Strände sind ganz in der Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Rezeption half uns freundlicherweise, die besten Orte zu finden, an die wir gehen konnten. Empfohlen.

Perfect villa in Sardinia!

We had a faboulus time in Villa Santa Teresa. Beautiful and secluded with gorgeous sea view, stunning pool, garden area and beach on foot. We especially liked the use of the barbeque for fantastic evenings on the patio area. Very close to Santa Teresa with many restaurants and great ice cream! Lovely surrounding area, you are spoiled for choice. The staff was very responsive to any questions. Thanks for the great holiday!
