„Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Nette Pool-Anlage. Tolle Zimmer, groß, sauber, neu. Zwei kleine Mankos: Beim Frühstück gibt es Pappbecher und Plastikgeschirr, das geht gar nicht. Der geblockte Betrag auf der Kreditkarte blieb einen Monat geblockt, unnötig. Trotzdem würden wir immer wieder kommen, der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.“

„Wir waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel und sind immer sehr zufrieden mit den Zimmern und vor allem dem sehr freundlichen Personal an der Rezeption. Die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand sind sehr schön. Die einzigen beiden Kritikpunkte, welche uns dieses Mal aufgefallen sind: zu laute und unpassende Musik (Hip-Hop) am Pool und Personen am Pool, welche definitiv keine Hotelgäste waren und den Pool nutzten (Armbänder werden bei Check-in ausgehändigt, aber nicht kontrolliert).“

„Safe, quiet, good staff. Pool clean. Decent towel service. Fun for kids. Foam party at pool for kids. Great beach access. Beach chair rental is expensive and there is no beach service- Food or drinks. There is at the pool. Nice that they let you use the pool at the next door hotel as well. Hot water in the room runs low at peak shower time. Elevators are a bit slow and loud if your room is by them. Overall nice stay and I would return with the kids. “

„The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand and close to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was prompt and super helpful. We had a relaxing, stress-free stay and would definitely book again!“

„not a nice experience - booked room was not available - other room was not in good condition. Sleeping on the sofa was not comfortable at all. Faucet in the shower was not dripping, but constantly running - was not repaired on the whole weekend. I think we received a kind of spare room which normally nobody gets. Overall the staff was everything else than friendly and long waiting times at reception.“

„Checkin ist an der Rezeption im Nachbarhotel "Beach Club", das ist wichtig, ohne Zahlencode kommt man nicht in die Anlage. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung (Zimmer) ist super und liegt direkt am Strand von Pensacola Beach. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. An den Pools und auch am Strand sind die Liegen und Sonnenschirme für Urlauber im Emerald Isle kostenlos inbegriffen. Wir hatten super Wetter (Mai), einen weißen Strand total softig und das Meer ist warm. “
