Open floor plan with a huge amount of square footage allows for multiple living and dining areas - -plenty of room for separation OR togetherness. The outdoor shower, BBQ grill, high-end finishes including quartz and marble counters, outdoor dining + living spaces, wet bar with Sub Zero wine fridge + fridge drawers built in the cabinets, and so much more make this home the perfect beach retreat!

Each stay will include COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to the brand new 6-SEATER LSV!! These typically rent for ~$150/day, so this is a huge benefit offered FREE to guests! The house also comes with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach buggy for hauling stuff, and beach towels.

The gourmet kitchen boasts GORGEOUS white quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a Sub Zero fridge, huge breakfast bar with barstools, and a spacious designated dining room with doors that open on to the patio/pool. Sit and enjoy the Florida breezes while relaxing on one of the covered porches or cruise over to Seaside for more eating, shopping and entertainment!

High end furnishings and designer finishes abound throughout this beautiful open concept home - with ceilings on every floor that feel like they stretch to the sky! Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with large breakfast bar and barstools with everything you need to make family meals and entertain, boasting gorgeous quartz countertops, custom backsplash, top of the line stainless steel appliances, a grill outside, and more! In addition to the large interior dining room, there will be an outdoor dining area and outdoor lounge/living area, perfect for relaxing and hanging out sipping a cocktail after a day at the beach or with your coffee in the morning!

The house having two king bedrooms (one on each of the upper two levels) is really perfect for joint family vacations! The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has built-in bunk beds with two full beds up top and a queen below, with another queen size bed with a full trundle pull out. There is also a full laundry room available for your use. Parking for 3 vehicles available. A family's beach vacation dream, so many things to love here!

The home is just steps from the famed Blue Mountain Creamery, 30A's best ice cream! Highway 30A is a family-friendly area, with lots of great golf courses, water activities, bikes, trails, boutique shopping or outdoor malls, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips. Seaside, Watercolor, Destin, Seacrest, Seagrove, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach are all nearby! This truly has become a new family entertainment destination!

The 'famed' Red Bar restaurant and Grayton Beach State Park are approximately 2 miles east, with Watercolor and Seaside just about a mile past. Explore the rare coastal dune lakes, state parks and tons of pristine beaches.

There are activities for everyone including kayak rentals, bike rentals, paddle boards, fishing, golfing, tennis, hiking, swimming, snorkeling and more! Bike rentals are within short walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop (2217 W. Co Hwy 30A) for you to take a ride along scenic Highway 30-A. Shopping in Destin is only 20 minutes away, and Baytowne Wharf is also a fun place just down the road!

Steps from Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is literally across the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and more!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West.  Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
​​​​​Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

Don't fall for the pictures

Where to start...The house is in a beautiful location, and sleeps a large group. That's where the positives end. We drove past the house at 2:30 pm and no one was there. When we returned at 4 pm for our check in 2 people were cleaning the place, and finished about 4:15. For a large 3 story, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home you can only clean so much in an hour...and that's what we got. Be prepared to wash the sheets because they were gross. The floors were sandy but at least mopped. There were 4 overflowing trash bins outside right next to the patio from the previous renters and they left that stinky mess behind (but the property manager did come take it to the curb Sunday night). The kitchen cabinet doors are loose and wobbly, the vent above the stove is missing the filters, the lights above the stove don't work. The 3rd floor master toilet wasn't flushing properly. we reported it within an hour of checking in, and the property manager was going to send someone to fix it the next day. 7 days later it was still broken. The plumbing is vented poorly, so every time you flush the toilet in the 3rd floor bunk room, the 2nd floor master toilet "burps". If you are sitting on it when it burps it is a surprise bidet! There is mold in the front room along the baseboards, above the toilet in the 2nd floor master, and mildew on the ceiling of the front room. The front room Ice maker leaks onto the floor(hence the mold?) And finally we get to the golf cart. It simply didn't work. the property manager told us she'd get us a replacement the next day. She didn't. The 3rd day they dropped one off from another property at dinner time, but told us they needed it back Wednesday but would work something out. We used it Tuesday and got a message first thing Wednesday that they were picking it up. Mid day Wed she picked it up and only then did she inform that they couldn't rent one for us due to liability bit we would get a $75 credit for every day we went without, which was essentially 6 out of 7 days. We are currently fighting for that credit. Renter beware!
