I would like to start with all the positive notes: the home is spacious, the outdoor area is set up perfectly. Our family enjoyed many hours by the pool, the kitchen had all the essential gadgets and accessories for cooking lots of meals. The location of the house was splendid, gas station was up the street, Publix was 8 minutes away, many cool restaurants nearby. There was a little rain one night and the very next morning the pool boy showed up to clean the pool and that was FANTASTIC. A couple of us used the bikes and they were perfect because traffic was brutal at certain times. Here are the things I'd like to point out: the twin beds are trundles and that was not convenient for us, the pool floor has a rough finish and many of us had blisters on our feet, a couple of the beds sank thru the wood planks so I would suggest to the owners to add some more planks (we rearranged them but that was a temporary fix). Also, there are no lights by the stairs going down to the pool,it was a little dark. FYI: the beach access is just a short drive BUT the public beach portion is a LONG HAUL so bring a wagon. Lastly here is my wish, I wish they could've cooled off the pool more but per the manual it stays 86 degrees, I wish they had blinds on ALL the windows and not just the bedrooms, and also a small trash can by the pool would be convenient.
