Grayt Comfort is located in the Preserve at Grayton Beach and has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths.

When you walk in you're greeted by a cozy little sitting area, not to mention the expansive front porch. Also on the 1st floor are 3 of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vessel sinks and modern tile accents. There is an additional bedroom on the 1st floor that includes a private attached bathroom.

Take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to find the main living area that opens to the beautiful chef's kitchen. Dine at the large table or pull up a stool to the kitchen counter. Enjoy even more outdoor living space with a large balcony and more seating. There is a convenient half bath right off the kitchen. Also on the 2nd floor is the master retreat with king bed and private bath. The bathroom is a true spa experience with dual sinks, soaker tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.

Up on the 3rd floor is an additional bonus space with balcony access. Enjoy soaring views of the tree-lined area. A great spot for everyone to gather together and dine al-fresco!

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Full bed, TV and Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 2
1st Floor, Bedroom 2: 2 sets of full-over-full bunks and shared bathroom with Bedroom 1
1st Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk, TV and private bathroom and private patio access
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, TV, private balcony, and private bathroom

Beach Access:
Exit the neighborhood and cross 30A. To the west of Sanctuary by The Sea complex you'll find your gated walkway to the beach. Once down the pathway, head right towards the public beach or on your left past the sections of private beach you'll find Grayton Beach State Park.

The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive and gated community right on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities and inclusions. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
