The living room leads to a back deck screened-in back porch and a patio with private propane (provided) grill and outdoor seating, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.

This open-concept home outshines the rest, with it's outstanding designer décor and unique amenities. The fully-appointed and upgraded kitchen featuring stunning Granite counters, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large breakfast bar island with seating for three, and much more! The first-floor hosts a Queen Junior Master Suite, the perfect place for any guest who has trouble with stairs!
