This newly designed, over 8,000 square feet, 7 bedroom home offers an elevated experience for those yearning for a memorable vacation. This residence provides two pools, a private beach with access, a rooftop summer kitchen, and more.
Influenced by the architecture in Alys Beach and infused with a soft Californian style, Domus Pacis is a dream-like vacation rental home that you will never want to leave. The moment you step through the front door, the tall ceilings and unique light fixtures create a peaceful environment. The first floor treats you to stunning views of the rich emerald toned water and white sandy beaches. The open concept main living space, dining and kitchen allow for all to gather with plenty of room. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream offering top-of-the-line Viking appliances, two refrigerators and freezers, and two dishwashers. With plenty of cabinetry for storage there is a butler's pantry where you can store dry food and countertop appliances. The custom made wooden dining table seats 14 guests. Relax in the living room with the ambiance from the fireplace or watch the big game. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Additionally, you will find a laundry room, sand room and a half bathroom.
The outdoor space offers a private pool and sitting spa (can be heated for $125/day) that overlook the emerald coast. Enjoy the salty breeze while relaxing in the chaise lounge chairs or while gathering around for a meal. There is a private boardwalk to access the private beach. Even more, there is a shower to rinse off the salt and sand, a gas grill for mealtime, and a gate to access the front of the home or sand room.
The second floor welcomes you to the majority of the bedroom suites. The first bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Next you will find a bedroom with two queen size beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Across the hall is the bunk room that has two, custom built bunks with twin over queen beds. The bunk room has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a beverage station on this floor with storage, shelving, beverage cooler, and ice maker. The second laundry room is on this floor with two washers and dryers. There is an open media space to cozy up with a book, play a board game, access the balcony, or watch a good movie with the beach in the background. The next bedroom has a king size bed, beach views, access to the shared balcony, and a private bathroom with an oversized tiled shower. The last bedroom on this floor offers a king size bed, beach views, access to the shared balcony, a custom-built bunk with twin over twin beds , and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower.
Taking the glass elevator to the third and final floor you will find the master bedroom that is a retreat in itself. This grand room has vaulted ceilings with rich wood beams and forever views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a beverage station with storage, ice maker, and beverage cooler. There is a king size bed and private bathroom with a luxurious, walk-in steam shower and soaking tub. This floor also features a covered summer kitchen that has a gas grill, storage, bar stool seating, and a dining table. ADDITIONAL - Parking for 3 vehicles. - NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. - NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
POOL/SPA: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $125/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat IS NOT available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY - MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. - Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. - CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days require a mid-stay clean to be added onto your reservation.
