„Das Zimmer war top-modern und sehr neu, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Der Pool ist überraschend groß und blitzsauber, mit vielen Liegen, sodass immer ein Platz zum Entspannen frei war. Die Bar ist hübsch gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. „I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in. I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded.“

„Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) haben in Santa Marinella einen Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht im Dreibettzimmer gemacht. Hotelzimmer war sauber und für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Ausblick vom Zimmer allerdings auf eine Häuserwand, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir abends ankamen. Die Besitzerin des Hotels bemüht sich sehr und ist sehr freundlich. Santa Marinella ist ein ruhiges, kleines Örtchen und hat einen schönen Strandabschnitt. “

„We booked a room with lateral sea view. The room was at the rear of the building and street noise could be heard day and night from the busy Strada Statale that passes in the front of the hotel. The room and bath room were clean. The furniture and equipment basic but in good shape. However when checking in we found the room as a mosquito den. „My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. „We had a wonderful stay and time in Santa Marinella before boarding our cruise out Port of Civitavecchia. Giulio and his wife, Luciana, were great host. Very kind, gracious and thoughtful. The ocean view and restaurants were within a short distance away from the property. The only thing I would recommend is reaching out to Giulio for a taxi service contact if you will be traveling by train. The train station is 2.7 km from the B&B.“

"Hotel ist kurz hinter dem Bahnhof, man kommt gut weg. Entweder nach Rom Flughafen usw. oder zum Hafen wo die Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen. Personal war freundlich, Frühstück war okay. Zimmer geräumig, leider waren Im Bad Schimmelflecken an der Wand und Decke. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, es wäre mal Renovierungsbedüftig."
