„Slight problem with the room on arrival, having booked a family room, but we compromised since it was only for a night, and a sofa was made up to suit. Owners couldn’t have been more apologetic or indeed more helpful during our stay. The hotel is a little unusual in that it is made somewhat castle like, with quirky architecture - which incidentally was the reason we booked for the night.
