„The apartment could have been cleaner. The carpet is dirty. I kept finding clumps of long black hair. On the carpet, in the bathroom. The lights need to be checked out. A few burnt bulbs or lamps that just didn't work. A hole in the ceiling of the kitchen. A hole in the wall of the shower. The walls of the hallway and stairs are filthy and need to be repainted badly. A third floor walk up. Great location. Not worth the high price of the apartment. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The communication was excellent - very easy meet up and property detail. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. The air conditioner in each room was a plus since we were going through a heat wave - great mid-day relief. There were cafes and great restaurants close by which were all charming and delicious.
