„A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). „The property itself is beautiful. It is newly renovated and very spacious and clean. However, in this area in general, there isn’t much to do and there are very limited places to eat. So it is best to bring your own food or be prepared to leave the area to eat or do things.“

Perfectly sized and comfortable for two, it made for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—just minutes from Santa Ynez wineries, Cold Spring Tavern, and only a quick 15-minute drive up the hill from Santa Barbara. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!“
