Casino dei Santi is a beautiful country villa with swimming pool,
surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Gallipoli, for vacations in
the most authentic Salento and very close to the most beautiful beaches
of the Ionian Sea.
The villa is an old farmhouse completely
renovated, independent, equipped with the most modern accessories and
with large outdoor spaces equipped with swimming pool, solarium, outdoor shower and barbecue.
There are: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Casino
dei Santi is a characteristic country house, finely renovated, which
preserves all the charm of the ancient rural architecture of Salento and
at the same time allows you to spend relaxing vacations, pampered by
the comforts of a new and complete structure.
The garden is fully
fenced, with two entrance gates, one of which is for cars, and framed
by colorful prickly pears and olive trees.
The pool area is
reached by a convenient staircase in the garden. It is surrounded by
lawn, umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and 2 barbecues in the garden.
Two beautiful shaded terraces, one of which has a panoramic view of the valley, are equipped for outdoor dining, dining and relaxing, and introduce the interior of Casino dei Santi.
 
The villa is spread over two floors, which are independent of each other at the same time.
The lower floor consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, living room with 1 French sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The upper floor consists
of large living room with characteristic barrel vault, dining room with
open kitchen, 1 full bathroom with shower and washing machine, and 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin.
 
The surroundings of Casino dei Santi in Sannicola
The
villa with pool is independent and immersed in the nature of Sannicola,
a small town on the outskirts of one of the most beautiful tourist
centers of Salento: Gallipoli. It enjoys a strategic location.
The
center with all services closest to Casino dei Santi is Alezio, less
than 2 km away. Sannicola and its hamlet of Chiesanuova are about 3 km
away.
Gallipoli is about 4 km away. The nearest beaches are those
of Padula Bianca and Rivabella, only 6 km away, but the beaches of Baia
Verde and Lido Pizzo are also very close, only 8 km away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
