Each of the condos two bedrooms are designed with guest comfort in mind. Fall asleep beneath luxurious linens and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day on Sanibel.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with gel mattress topper. Escape to the lanai off the bedroom to watch the sunrise. Enjoy a full length mirror, front of bed bench, and 60" flat screen with cable TV. Additionally, you will find a pack-n-play for littles in the closet.

The 2nd bedroom has two full-size beds & 1 twin above the full bed and it's perfect for both kiddos and extra adults! Enjoy a 30" flat screen with cable TV.

Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are made for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The main ensuite full bathroom has a large soaking tub. The second full bathroom is a walk-in shower located outside the second bedroom. All of the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

The open-concept of the home boasts driftwood planked walls. The state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher detergent, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The hand-crafted dining table can seat up to six.

☆☆ LOUNGE SPACES ☆☆

The condo boasts driftwood planked walls, long & wide windows, which allow you to take in the incredible courtyard & side water views from the comfort of the sofa or plush chairs. There’s also a large flat-screen TV, board games and books if a rainy day happens.

There are 2 sofas and 2 swivel chairs that make the space extra roomy for everyone to wind down after a beach day.

We invite you to relax on the screened in lanai, where you can watch sunrise or sunset. In the cooler months, enjoy the breeze coming off from the Gulf of Mexico. There are plenty of seats for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down.

☆☆ OUTSIDE COMMUNITY SPACE ☆☆

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the community also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to relax on the Adirondack Chairs, while enjoying the water views, or settle in for a quiet evening on the chairs in the courtyard. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. Also, there are lights to provide ambient lighting, and numerous large outdoor dining tables for al fresco meals. Grills are conveniently located around the complex, enjoy grilling your fresh catch!

Additionally, enjoy a tennis match or some pickleball in our new state of the art soft courts. Racquets and paddles are available for your use.

Explore the island by foot or bike, take in the walking trails, you might even see an alligator or 2! We have 3 bikes available for your use, please use the bike locks provided if leaving the unattended off property.

To enhance your protection, there is management & security on staff at all times. Please be sure to use the parking permit provided on your car dashboard.

You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!
