„Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.“

„We loved access to the Tradewinds beach. Our location was great, and the home was clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend and would stay again.“

„Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Nice furnished studio and bathroom. We missed a screen door for fresh air in the bedroom. There was a minimum kitchen equipment only. We enjoyed our stay very much.“

„Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within ...

„Lovely lovely cottage a short walk to a private beach. Beach gear in the closet (two chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!). We rode the available bikes to the beach everyday- 3 minute bike ride! Nice lagoon in the back to watch the pretty birds. Room is quaint-just right for 2 people for a 3-day stay! We will for sure be back! (The bed is not comfortable but we made due!!!!) :-)“

„Practically new, clean, all house keeping supplies available except hair dryer. Location of laundry unclear in description. Could use an internal bug zapper. Office staff customer friendly. Overall, an excellent facility will stay here again when we return to Sanibel.“

„The location of this home is great! It is a quick walk to Andy Rosse and having docks available for fishing and Manatee watching was a major plus. The house itself is in some need of updating, but nothing major. I would definitely rent it again. “

„This little cottage was so cute. It was perfect for us. Very clean, the sheets, blankets and towels looked clean and white. We would def stay here again. Just a warning to other guest... i walked out barefoot on the steps with wet bathing suit and steps were slippery and fell very very hard. Im very lucky i didnt break some ribs and my elbow because of how i landed. No fault of anyones. But be sure to wear shoes and hold on to railing. I was very lucky. That could of ruined my vacation and ...
