„We loved our time at Island Inn on Sanibel Island. The room was clean and beautiful. During our stay in december 2023/january 2024 there wäre still construction sites all over the Island to repair what Hurricane Ian destroyed. But it was Cali and still beautiful. Our hosts were super nice and had good tipps for what to do and where to go. We got waveboards for free for bodysurfing in the waves which was super gib!“

„The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely ...

„The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.“

„Wir hatten als Familie eine supertolle Zeit im Haus. Es war alles da, was man benötigte. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Wäscheständer hat sich Jim Heckert sofort darum gekümmert und am nächsten Tag hatten wir noch einen Wäscheständer und Waschmittel im Flur stehen! „The apartment was cute but hardly finished. 2nd bedroom had all kind of pictures and things that made it look rushed to the market. The fees added on we exorbitant and made the actual price 2X the internet show price we will be inquiring as to gouging No beach chairs just 3 stadium chairs We were not made aware of the total reconstruction of the island and should have been. Other than that Sanibel was beautiful“

„We stayed for 4 nights and were there to go shelling on Sanibel Island. The location to Lighthouse Beach was amazing. It was easy to get all around the Islands. The king bed was comfortable while the day bed is a fold away-a little insecure for an adult. We put a suitcase under it for support to make sure we didn't break it. We will return to Parrot Cottages!“

We were very satisfied with how Sanibel Holiday Rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Shelling was great right on our beach. „Close to the ocean and on a quiet dead-end street. It sits on the canal where you can watch manatees. We brought our own coffee pot as it has a Keurig and we drink lots of coffee.“

„The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. Mucky Duck in Captiva was a delight at sunset.“

„Am Ankunftstag wurde uns erst ein Zimmer mit schon recht in die Jahre gekommenen Möbeln und Ausstattung angeboten. Da es sehr intensiv im Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen hatte (obwohl Nichtraucherhotel), baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer. Zum Glück konnten wir wechseln. Schade, dass die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption auf unsere Bitte um langsames und deutliches Englisch nicht mehr ganz so freundlich reagiert haben. Höflich sind sie jedoch immer geblieben. Die Zimmer im EG sind alle neu gemacht ...

„Was uns am meisten gestört hat ist, dass offensichtliche Informationen wie z.B: Kein Lift oder Renovation aufgrund Naturkatastrophe nur 'nebenbei' erwähnt und nicht als markanter Text hervorgehoben werden. Das hat bei uns einen faden Geschmack hinterlassen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft (Tennis Villa) sehr schön, grosszügig und sehr gemütlich. Auch der Stand war super schön und sauber.“

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es gab kostenlose Räder und auch Buchungen über die Rezeption waren kein Problem. Infos über Restaurants waren inbegriffen sowie Tips zu Fahrradtouren und Ausflügen Das Essen in der Anlage war gut. Zimmer waren sauber, Poolanlage gepflegt. Alles machte einen gepflegten und unterhaltenen Eindruck. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. “
