Sehr angenehm. Tolle Wandergegend. Hotel ruhig und gemütlich. Ausflug nach Beaulieu sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schöne Zimmer mit super Aussicht. Wir wurden sogar auf ein besseres Zimmer geupgraded. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I wrote to the host multiple times and they never responded. The house keepers were nice and the location is close to where you might want to tour, but beyond that there wasn’t anything redeeming. In regards to the communication, it was so bad that I had to help some other people checking in to apartment 5 because the host did not send them check in details. They asked the restaurant downstairs to contact the host and then I helped them into their room. The place has no elevator and no A/C only heating. The futon is very uncomfortable and needs a mattress topper to avoid the hard part that goes all the way down the futon. The refrigerator had been missed during cleaning, but luckily the cleaners were there and took care of it promptly, they were very nice and more helpful than the host. The information book inside the room is also out of date. Different number of plates and utensils, we mentioned this to the cleaners upon arrival. Didn’t realize it until I began to sleep the first night, but the duvet smelled like body odor. I imagine it’s because they clean the cover, but don’t often wash the inner duvet. But during the summer especially when it’s been hot they should be washing it every stay. Due to the lack of A/C the windows had to be left open all night. Problem is there are both homeless and people who drank too much on the street yelling and fighting each other. Neighbors also yelling all night. No window screens led to mosquitoes biting us. The place was a nightmare
