„We had a great time at this place. We had booked mountain view and really had a great view from our balcony. The apartment was great and super convenient. It has a fully functioning kitchen and there is an ABC store not far for groceries. There is a laundry room on each floor with 1xwasher and 1xdryer. It's best to bring quarters for that but the reception could also exchange your money into coins for you. The checkin was quick and easy. They held our bags until the room was ready. „We stayed at Island Colony Resort and our studio was on the 28th floor and it had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. There is a short walk to the beach on a beautiful street. The studio has two queen beds, a glass top stove, sink, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and cookware. The bathroom was very clean & the water pressure was amazing. „There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! “
