"Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig mit sehr viel Platz und einer Küchenecke. Es war sauber und ruhig. Die Tram fuhr direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel liegt allerdings etwas außerhalb, sodass man immer auf die Tram angewiesen ist. Bei einer Einordnung in 5 Sterne hätte ich mir etwas mehr Qualität im Detail erhofft. So waren die Vorhänge sehr fleckig, die Fenster am Balkon nicht geputzt und der Teppichboden an einigen Stellen kaputt. Ärgerlich war, dass die Küchenzeile entgegen der Beschreibung zwar mit Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern, nicht aber mit Kochgeschirr ausgestattet war. Kein Topf, keine Pfanne. Der Herd war daher ziemlich nutzlos. Es gab aber eine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Toaster. "

"We were very impressed with the Hyatt Centric in Melbourne. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a stylish bathroom. The rooftop bar was a real highlight – great drinks, delicious food, and excellent service. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was always friendly. The service was better than in a normal hotel. But i have one critic point. The late checkout is a yoke. Only 2-3 hours longer with a fee. If the flight at home is late in the evening there is no possibility to stay until the evening . I would pay a bit higher fee but then you have to make a full day booking. Thats bad. Good is that one can use the store for luggage until you drive to the airport."

I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. The hotel itself is fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It’s also super centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. And the pool? Simply amazing – a true highlight! I felt completely at home here. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!"
