UNA Hotels Century Milano

"We had a wonderful stay at UNAHOTELS Century and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan! We travelled to Milan to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and although I had some difficulties getting in touch with the hotel before our trip to arrange a little surprise, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member was genuinely apologetic and kindly upgraded our room. Later that afternoon, we were delighted to find a lovely birthday surprise in our room: macarons and a bottle of champagne/prosecco. This thoughtful gesture made my boyfriend’s birthday even more special, and we truly appreciated the extra effort. Our room on the 16th floor was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Milan, even stretching all the way to the Duomo! The hotel was spotless throughout, and all the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Another lovely bonus was the complimentary breakfast included through the hotel’s loyalty programme, which made our stay even better. The location is also excellent. Milano Centrale is less than a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can also easily explore the city on foot, with a pleasant 20–30-minute walk to the Duomo and the surrounding shopping streets. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and the thoughtful birthday surprise really made the difference. Thank you to the team :)"

"Das Hostel machte einen sympathischen Eindruck, war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Nur die Raumtemperatur war nicht optimal. Nachdem wir eine Nacht gefroren hatten, war es uns möglich, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Bei unserer Ankunft betrug die Temperatur dort nur 14 Grad. Es war nach 36 Stunden Geduld endlich auf 19 Grad erwärmt. Das Hostel ist bei höheren Temperaturen (wir waren im Februar dort) wirklich zu empfehlen."
