Casa Senia is a pretty white house located in the centre of San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most popular seaside resorts in north-west Sicily. San Vito Lo Capo, known for its long sandy beach and famous Couscous festival, is an ideal spot for a sunny beach holiday. The house is just a few steps from the beach (80m) and close to shops, restaurants and cafes in San Vito Lo Capo (400m).

Also within driving distance are the towns and attractions of north-west Sicily such as the Zingaro reserve, Scopello, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi Islands and the temple of Segesta.

The ground floor is composed of an open plan living area with comfortable sofa seating, dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. Off the living area, there is a bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds) and a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with shower).

Outside, there is a covered area with seating that opens up onto a garden with a private terrace where you will find table and chairs and a barbecue for ‘Al fresco’ dining. There is also a sun terrace at the top of the house which offers beautiful views of the sea (accessed from the inside via stairs on the first floor).
