Central area close to the beach

We are in Corso Italia, at the height of the Pizzeria Xkè qua da Francesco. The apartment is part of a building and is on the first floor. We are close to the stretch of beach presided over by the Nettuno beach club, while both to the right and left we find a free beach. Being in Corso Italia we are in the convenience of services, as the first shopping center is less than 100 meters away, the center of the town is a stone's throw away and everything remains within reach.
At Corso Italia 43/c, in a very central location, we are renting an apartment on the first floor of a condominium. The apartment comprises an eat-in kitchen with a small terrace, a double bedroom, and a bathroom (without a window) with a shower.

EQUIPMENT: Stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, air conditioning.

SLEEPS: Sleeps 4 in a double bed and a bunk bed, or alternatively, a sofa bed.
