In der ruhigen Gemeinde von Johnson Ranch Annehmlichkeiten sind, eine vollständige 18-Loch-Golfplatz sowie 3 Gemeinschaftspools. 50 Minuten vom Sky Harbor, 25 Minuten von Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, nur wenige Gehminuten von Fry, Walgreen, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Blockbuster und große Auswahl an Restaurants für beide nehmen und essen in. Haus ist voll möbliert und verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang (WiFi), Kabel-und Ortsgespräche. Das Haus verfügt über ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, während die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Queen-und 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage.

Sehenswürdigkeiten: nur 30 min Fahrt zum Goldfield Geisterstadt und weitere 10 min von Canyon Lake. In die andere Richtung, sind wir nur 15 Minuten von Casa Grande National Monument Ruinen von den Hohokam Indianer gebaut.

Jacuzzi was broken and they fixed the last day, rare situation and he did get it fixed for our last day, I wish we could use the gate to the gold course. Nice to walk out there.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean. We did have to make our bed as the dryer was acting up, but it was all dry when we got there. Very convieniently located to shops and restaurants. The only draw back was that the pool heater was not working, but there is a big hot tub so that was great!

We loved our stay at this house. It was beautiful and close to all needs. The hot tub was not working but the owner was very nice and helpful about it. It did not take away from our enjoyment of this property! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This place was terrific. Plenty of space to spread out. Close proximity to Arizona athletic grounds. Only 1 game a day, plenty of things to do during the downtime.

We were visiting from California to attend our Granddaughter’s birthday party. We were not excited about leaving the weather in our area to go to 115 degree weather but found this house made that fact so much easier to deal with. We all enjoyed the pool and the air conditioning. The home was super comfortable for all who stayed with us and/or visited. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely keep this rental on our list in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO rental! The house was impeccably clean upon our arrival, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. The highlight was definitely the private pool; it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained, providing a great spot for meals and lounging. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

I chose San Tan Valley to stay so I could evaluate the area for a potential move in the future. I really enjoyed the area and this home. The house was beautiful and provided all our basic needs. The pool was phenomenal and so clean and refreshing. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved being able to watch the wildlife on the golf course while floating in the pool or sitting on the patio.

First, the host gave us a prompt response to the initial situation. There were no sheets on the bed, no towels and nothing had been cleaned. Wade was right on it. Later that evening a cleaning lady arrived did a great job especially considering she was by herself. The end result for us was, we ended up with a clean house, but we were unable to unpack or enjoy the indoors until almost 9:30. By then, we were ready to put the grandkids to bed. The shower in the main bathroom doesn't work. The smoke detector in the kitchen/living room area is hanging from the ceiling. There was 1 washcloth for 4 people. I had to go to Fry's and while I couldn't find washcloths, I was able to buy the loofa nets for each of us. I requested the host to consider refunding us the cleaning deposit considering the circumstances. No response. None at all.

It is a very nice property and communication was great and professional. I hesitate to say anything but I’m not sure the owners are aware that their cleaning crew isn’t doing a top notch job. Baseboards and along the floors by the baseboards are not clean, the pool may not be filtering correctly because there were quite a few bugs and foliage in it. I would also recommend some sort of blue tooth speaker for the patio area. None of this was severe enough to deter us from staying again but I just think it needs mentioning. Overall it is very nice.

This home was perfect for us. Pool, hot tub, golf view and comfortable bed. Place was clean and all of the needed appliances were there. Close to family and food shopping. Host was very easy to contact.
