„The apartment is quite nice and clean, the host is very friendly. There are a Number of restaurants and shops (Supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) in 5-10 mins Walking distance. You will find everything you need and the area feels safe as well. The only things you should be aware are: There are only very narrow windows. The couch and the bed are in the same room. Also the host was so kind to provide some free coffee and water.“

„It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. „This place was great, the instructions are clear, follow them and you won’t have an issue; feedback: there’s no air conditioning in the leaving room and it gets warm in the afternoon, I’d suggest to allow to cool off the living room too, as it’d make it comfortable for anyone working in the leaving room.
