„The apartment is quite nice and clean, the host is very friendly. There are a Number of restaurants and shops (Supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) in 5-10 mins Walking distance. You will find everything you need and the area feels safe as well.
The only things you should be aware are:
There are only very narrow windows.
The couch and the bed are in the same room.
Also the host was so kind to provide some free coffee and water.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa.
We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous.
The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful.
If you’re the type to be scared of by a little bit of nature, such as lizards, spiders, raccoons, ...

„The stay was excellent. The car is safe in gated community. The pool was clean and not cold. Nice to be right in front of the beach, though my unit was not facing the beach. The culture in that area includes EARLY morning truck vendors passing by blaring the items they were selling...didn't last long. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place. “

„The perfect location, right on the beach. This place was great for us as surfers, being able to check the surf right from our accom was epic. The sunsets here are incredible too. Would come back for sure. “
