„This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The host was outright terrifying, banging on our door at 9:30 AM and yelling at us to leave, even though check-out was at 10:00. When we confronted her about the aggressive noise, she responded with rudeness and a terrible attitude. The room was disgusting: the bathroom had mold, the beds were old and uncomfortable, and the entire place felt unclean and neglected. On top og that, the whole concept of living in the once abandoned and now revigorated, small and beautiful village, Pentidattilo, is a great experience! The service is superb!
