The beautiful country dwelling was born from the recovery of ancient cones united in harmony with new construction perfectly inserted in the context. Many objects of daily life of ancient times transformed into design elements that make this dwelling particularly charming and cozy.
The Trullo Melograno has a beautiful swimming pool with solarium, where you can spend long days in absolute quiet. in addition, the mansion has a large veranda shaded by wooden canopy, a comfortable furnished space both for outdoor dining and relaxing on the outdoor lounge.

A large barrel-vaulted living room in bright exposed stone ashlars welcomes in the living area, where there are both the sofa with armchairs, fireplace and TV, and the dining room with well-equipped open kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms all air conditioned and with direct exit to the garden, and 1 triple room with double + single bed and fancoil for cold air located in the trullo, under suggestive cones. Completing the interior, 2 shower rooms.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Exclusive Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 100.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The whole estate's garden has not fences between the three units.
