„A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). „The hosts were very responsive to us and appreciated their warm welcome. The home was so close to Grover's beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. “
