The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. „The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!“

The apartment was as pictured with all of the amenities listed and more, the place was catered for our comfort, and they thought about everything that we could possibly need. „Amazing location in very close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber to old San Juan. We were greeted at the condo and given a tour which was helpful. We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent.
