„The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!“

„Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. „The apartment was clean and very close to the beach which made mornings wonderful for sunrise by the beach walks! Located near everything needed from restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive even letting us stay extra nights due to our Flight changes. The only con would have been remembering all the colors of keys to all the gates. But all in all a great stay with everything we needed would recommend for couples for sure.“

„The apt was gorgeous we felt like we were home! Extremely clean & neat the beds were comfy! Everything was near by, even a supermarket walking distance. In front there were ppl selling natural juices they were delicious! My daughter, niece and myself had a great time! “

„Definitely 5 star, but I'll start with the two "negatives" to be aware of. The hallway walking in was a bit intimidating as it's dark and not the cleanest. The second is that this is definitely not a "two bedroom" and more like a studio with a wall to separate a bedroom area. Now for the many positives. Aside from the hallway being intimidating, the inside was very clean and comfortable, and we never once felt unsafe. The location was perfect, easily walkable to different areas, restaurants, ...

„The property owner was very welcoming and gave great and prompt communication. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the view and location! We also appreciated the laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, lots of clothes hangers, and ceiling fans throughout to promote ventilation. The property owner was working to fix the A/C in the main room during our stay, but the bedroom A/C worked fine and there was lots of great ventilation, so it was very comfortable. "This was my second time at El Colonial. As the first time, it was great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I always feel very welcome. Sadly I always just stay one night. But it is definitely worth to make my way here from the airport. Hotel is in the midst of old San Juan and lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Very nice roof terrace for some drinks or just some peace and quiet. I will certainly stay again."

"Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Vergrgrößerungsspiegel im Bad ohne Stromanschluss. Gehört an die Wand, nicht auf den Waschtisch. Leider typisch amerikanisches Bettzeug. Kein Cover für Federbett , sondern nur einzelne Laken! Jeden Tag Chaos im Bett, außer man bewegt sich überhaupt nicht. Matratzen sehr gut."
