„The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!“

„We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late ...

„A beautiful place located on the coast over looking bay area. Awesome national parks in old San Juan. Recommend a walking tour to get the history. Beach access is within couple hundred meters. The place had all the comforts of home including beach chairs and a cooler. Quick uber ride or decent walk to restaurants or Old San Juan. Host was very responsive for any questions. Would recommend. “
