„Very nice propery between Durango and Purgatory. Well furnished with beautiful views and nice amenities including the hot tub. Easy access to the road. There are stairs to access the home, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with this choice. We will definitely stay again.“

„Nice layout but the second upstairs bathroom is a giant bathtub with shower curtains. I would consider redoing this layout and removing the giant bathtub and just installing a nice modern shower. The area is beatiful not far from a lake. We got to watch people doing ice fishing. Overall great experience. .“

„We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Durango cabin! One of the highlights was watching wildlife from the deck — we were lucky enough to see two moose walk right through the creek below and spotted plenty of yellow-bellied marmots throughout our visit. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and on cooler days we enjoyed building fires in the fireplace. It was the perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. We definitely recommend this spot and would love to come back!“

„We had a great time staying on Lake Pagosa. It was close to a lot of great trails and things to do with my family. It was nice to come back to the house after a long day of hiking and just sit on the porch and enjoy the evening. We rented the kayaks they offered at the property and we had a great time on the lake. “
