„Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. “

„This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.“

„Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again“

„We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. “
