The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers. I had not told them that stairs were difficult for me so they had me on the third floor, but when I requested a first floor unit, they immediately switched me down without any hassle. “

I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom.
