„My husband and I wanted a weekend away with our oldest son. We enjoyed being right across from the beach. We walked into town for lunch and dinner. Golfed at Bellingham north. Was quite wet but enjoyed. The home had all that we needed. Very clean and has a great cozy beach vibe. You have a lovely place and will definitely want to come back again. “

„Great place, great layout, great location. There was ants in the bedrooms though and the bathtub was dangerously slippery.“

„Rain isn't a bad thing when you're relaxed in a cozy quiet place surrounded by loved ones. The perfect retreat from busy lives!“

„We stayed for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house backs up to the Whatcom Falls park and there is access via the backyard. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the utensils you need. There is a regular drip coffee pot and a French Press, which was nice for those who drink decaf. “

„At least in April, Lummi Island is remarkable for its silence. We heard birds, and an aircraft far away, and the occasional crinkly sound of the tires of slow moving “traffic.”One thing important for guests to note: The charming ferry can hold about 16 cars or one semi. Islanders leave in the morning 6-9-ish (I think to go to work, the sad souls) and return 4-6 ish. Those are busy ferry times. If you need to be someplace, get it the ferry line early. And please shut off your motor while ...

„Great location, ample parking, and clean and comfortable home. Exterior (yard, porch) needs some attention. “

„I've stayed at more pristine properties, but this one really fit the bill! It has a funky offbeat feel to it, lots of wood and stone, and a really comfortable feel to it. It's dog friendly, with a nice back yard. Be forewarned that is not fully fenced. I'm hoping the monster jet tub gets fixed eventually, but the showers are excellent! Cooking inside or out was easy, and I appreciated not having to buy spices for cooking! I plan to stay here again, it's been great! “

„We had a terrific time at the beach house. So close to the water we were able to see lots of wildlife activity. Seals, sea lions, variety of ducks, geese, eagles. We enjoyed beach combing during low tide. Listening to waves lap and crash on rocks. Played pickaball in nearby court, ran and walked pups in grassy fields near house. Lovely location. Kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals. Proximity to activities, dining, exploring was good too. “
