Noise

The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.



Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for any smoking-related violations.



Air Conditioning & Lights



When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and leave the A/C units ON.
