NOTE: To help conserve energy and prevent damage from excess condensation, please do not leave the air conditioner running when you’re not in the apartment. Overuse of the A/C can cause moisture issues and may result in damage to the unit.

Failure to follow this rule may lead to penalties and could result in early termination of your stay.
