„What a perfect house for our family's trip to Newport Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. We walked up and down the board walk and had some fabulous sunsets on the beach. Joey met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. We had a couple of questions during our stay and he replied promptly everytime. “

„Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt “

„Though SC had a marine layer the days we visited, this location allowed us to be above it, enjoy the beautiful sun, and play in the pool all day. This house has everything needed to vacation beyond comfortably. This was a trip to remember and we will be staying here whenever we come to Sc from now on!“

„My husband and I stayed here for 1 night for our 20th anniversary. We have been wanting to stay here for years and we are so happy we did. The views were amazing and location was perfect! Check in and check out was super easy and staff was super friendly. There are close by restaurants, we just walked to the pier and ate at the restaurant there which is delicious and the views are beautiful. We are definitely going to come back but next time we will be brining our kids with us. And we cant ...

„Loved the lakeside mansion for our Muslim women's retreat! It was private and spacious and clean! Only thing was, the fan remote had been lost so it was cold in the living room and some of the beds made some noise but other than that, great experience!“

„Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. “

„Der Mietvorgang war unproblematisch und alles hat gut geklappt! Bei der Wohnung war leider keine Terrasse vorhanden. Grillen unter der Treppe wollten wir dann nicht, alles andere war sehr schön!“

„Basic tidy condo that is able to sleep six people. I had four in my party. There were 2 in one bed in the master suite and that bed seemed to have been fine. The other two beds were not as good from what my 2 other friends said. But other them that the condo was perfect for our getaway. Kitchen floors were even really clean. "Immer wieder schön hier , große Zimmer mit Kühlschrank , Safe und allem was man braucht.Kontinentales Frühstück ist gut . Sehr gepflegte Anlage , hübsch gestaltet. Pool gibt es auch sowie Möglichkeit Wäsche zu Waschen. Parken gratis . Sehr gutes Preis/ Leustungsverhäktnis im sonst recht teuren Californien. Beaches nur 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants in Fußnähe. Ca 50 zum LAX, daher ideal zur 1.oder letzten ÜN ."
