Yikes. We’ve stayed here a few times in the past, simply because the location is very convenient for us. The floors were absolutely filthy, I had to “mop” it with a bath mat that they gave me to toss after I was done. It needs major updating & at minimum seal around the main door to keep all the bugs & junk the landscapers blow into the rooms. Slapping paint over walls & doors is not updating- fyi. Vinyl (?) plank floors are not a good choice- they are dirty/possibly moldy & lifting everywhere. Parking at night is impossible & they’ll tell you to park in the city parking next door- one says you won’t get towed while the next employee says you will… so, not real sure wth you’re supposed to do if there’s zero parking. It’s very transient & not in a good way. Looks like a lot of folks have cars loaded with belongings, uhauls, work trucks- you name it. They take up several spots- fyi. I asked several times to speak to the mgr, who is never around nor available. Going to go back up the street to stay next time. Unfortunate because we’ve generally had a good stay in the past (which we’ve looked beyond the need for updating, but cleanliness is where we draw the line). What could be a cute boutique spot just ain’t cutting it for us when we can spend the same for a clean room, have parking & not have to be concerned with some of the patrons. I almost always leave good reviews for places, but this one- people need to know what they are getting into.
