„Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Ninh Ninh und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade in einen der Bungalows bekommen, der sehr sauber und komfortabel war. „I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. “

„We had a wonderful stay. This family owned hotel has the perfect location to explore Ninh Binh. The owners are super friendly and do everything to make you feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, especially the banana cake! Free bicycles. Scooter to rent for 120k/day. Laundry was 35k/kg. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The view of the waterbungalow was amazing. Thanks for the great hospitality. “

„This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. ...

„ We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised ! “

„Family owned hotel. The lady who owns this hotel along with her husband is really nice. She'll help you book tours and transportation if needed. She and her husband cooks the complimentary breakfast every morning and they also provide laundry service if needed. They work very hard to make you happy as their guests. Amenities are minimal and the room could use a little updating.“

"Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont très spacieuses. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et nous avons pris les repas du soir aussi, tout était parfait au niveau de la nourriture et très très frais. L'accueil est super sympa et dès informations sont disponibles pour les visites. Le coin piscine est très agréable. Merci pour ce super séjour!"
