„das hotel fand ich zufällig durch expedia. und ich habe eine sehr gute wahl getroffen. das personal war immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundich. das frühstück konnte einige positove überraschungen bereithalten, echt toll. das servicepoersonal ebenso toll. das zimmer (24) war genau richtig für mich. funktional, sehr sauber, sehr bequem und mit guten internet. das hotel ist sehr interessant eingerichtet und hat mich begeistert. wenn ich wieder in florenz bin, werde ich wieder im hotel ...

Ein recht neues Hotel wohl. Es war fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass der Safe nicht funktionierte oder sich eine Beleuchtung nicht einfach so ausschalten ließ, wurden superschnell gelöst. "Eigentlich war alles top. Wir hatten nur leider ein Zimmer an der Straße und durch das Fenster kam viel Lärm, besonders nachts. Ansonsten können wir nichts bemängeln"

"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."

Auch die Barkeeper verstehen ihr Handwerk! Und vielen Dank auch an das Housekeeping, die jeden Tag dafür sorgten, dass man sich gefühlt hat, wie am ersten Tag. Wenn nochmal Florenz, dann Della Calza. Grazie mille!!"
