- Smart TV with HBO Max and Netflix; fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace

PARKING + EV
One free dedicated private parking spot; extra spot $25/night. Level 2 EV charger ($75 refundable deposit; electricity at PG&E rates via the charger app, no markup).

GETTING AROUND
Minutes by car to SFO, San Francisco, BART, and CalTrain; walking distance to downtown South San Francisco.

PRACTICALITIES
- Single-level and step-free — stroller and mobility friendly
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 3 pm; checkout 11 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties; please book the exact number of guests
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each guest
- Stays of 3+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- Exterior security cameras at the building entrances — outside only
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
