Gorgeous 3br/1ba home near Ocean Beach

Summary:

This spacious and well equipped home is perfect for a group looking to stay close to the ocean and with close access to light rail and easy access to the 280 freeway. Steps from the Zoo and Ocean beach makes for a very walkable peaceful neighborhood.



The Space:

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom a full kitchen with dining area (and seating for 6 people) and a large living rom.



The laundry is a full size LG Washer & Drier. and is shared with the lower unit.



Guest Access:

You will access the house using a door code. You'll have the whole upper 3bedroom, 1 bathroom level of the house. The owner (or occasionally another guest) will be in the lower level and will share the laundry facilities. They have exclusive use of the back yard. you may run into one another in the foyer or the laundry room.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located 2 blocks from the San Francisco Zoo and 2 blocks from Ocean Beach. The Java Beach cafe nearby has amazing coffee drinks or you can grab a root beer float to take with you for a day at the beach. They also make great sandwiches. Another great sandwich shop nearby is George's Zoo. We're also close to the Irish Cultural Center. Perhaps you're looking for a place to stay for one of their many events.



We are near the Parkside neighborhood in San Francisco which is the nearby merchant corridor.



Getting Around:

The L Muni light rail stop is a couple blocks away. This is your best public transit route to downtown and the rest of The City



You may park a small car in the driveway--be sure not to block the sidewalk.



Other Things to Note:

The owner (or occasionally another guest) will be in the lower part of the building.
