The space
Unit is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned before new guest arrives. All linens and towels are disinfected and washed to met and exceed VRBO requirements. It is spacious with all new appliances and with modern décor to match. Keurig coffee maker. Your home away from home for a large group.

Guest access
Entire 2nd Floor, need to climb one set of stairs, first floor is a business office and is open during business hours.

Other things to note
Please be aware this is very urban location, therefore no free parking right in front of the building. There is NO on site parking. But can easily find free and limited time parking on side streets. Parking meters are in front of the building in operation 9am to 6pm, except Sundays. Side streets Like Evergreen Ave, Goethe Ave may have parking and back street Irvington St. should have spaces available. Temporary parking across the street at the Walgreens(Closed) but lot still accessible, will be future Grocery Outlet. If you find parking in front of the building, be aware very early street cleaning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 5am to 6pm. Please always check parking signs because you are on the border of Daly City and San Francisco, each city has different rules.
